1. General Terms and Consent

By accessing, registering on, or using any service of the 555hh platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

3. Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

555hh supports Bangladesh's popular mobile payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

3.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for all methods).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in your name may be used.
• Deposits made from a third-party account may be cancelled.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour of the request.
• The wagering requirements for any related bonus must be met before requesting a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if fraud is suspected or KYC verification is incomplete.

3.3 Special Note on Payment Methods

Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. The same rules apply to all payment methods and the minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

555hh's bonus offers are provided to enrich members' gaming experience. Each bonus has its own terms that must be fulfilled.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• 150% bonus on first deposit, up to ৳10,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
• Example: deposit ৳14,000 and receive ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳24,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposited funds.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 wagered before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once — using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is prohibited.
• If a bonus offer is not used within the specified time, it will be cancelled.
• 555hh reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraud will result in account closure.

5. Gaming Rules

All games at 555hh are conducted fairly and honestly. Our game providers use high-quality technology and results are ensured through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

5.1 Sports Betting

• All betting offers are settled under pre-established rules.
• If a match or event is cancelled, bets will be refunded.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, 555hh's decision will be considered final.
• Deliberately attempting to manipulate results (related to match-fixing) is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Casino Games

• The results of live casino, slot, and fishing games are completely random and not predetermined.
• If a game is cancelled due to a network interruption, the bet will be refunded.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a software error or bug will be considered void.

5.3 Fair Play Policy

555hh believes in fair play. All games are operated with SSL encryption and on secure servers. If any member attempts to manipulate the system or play using bots, we reserve the right to forfeit their account and balance.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 555hh platform:

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Creating an account to collect bonuses and then deactivating the account after withdrawing the bonus.
• Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Attempting to steal or hack another member's account information.
• Attempting to launder money through the platform or conducting suspicious transactions.
• Deliberately exploiting a system error or bug for personal gain.
• Misconduct toward other members or staff of the platform.
• Betting on behalf of minors or opening an account for them.

In the event of any of the above violations, the account will be immediately closed and all balances and bonuses will be forfeited.

• Legal complications arising from a member's violation of local laws.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

In the following situations, 555hh reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information during identity verification.

• Account remaining inactive for an extended period (generally more than 180 days).
• The member themselves requests account closure.
